Our “Made-to-Order” Approach
We produce each item fresh to order with our manufacturing partners. This reduces waste, ensures batch freshness, and lets us keep quality high without holding excess inventory. Because every order is made for you, there’s a short production & fulfilment window before an item ships.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Your delivery estimate = Production & Fulfilment time + Shipping time

Order Processing & Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately.

A shipping confirmation + tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately so you get what’s ready sooner.
Shipping Countries & Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. If checkout doesn’t accept your address, contact support@baerlane.com and we’ll help.
EU/UK note: We currently limit/disable orders to certain EU/UK destinations while we complete local compliance steps. If your address is blocked at checkout, please check back soon or email us.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are not collected by Baerlane and are the customer’s responsibility. Delays at customs are outside our control and are notincluded in the shipping estimates above.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t able to reroute parcels once shipped. If you made a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before fulfilment begins.
Cancellations & Changes
Because items are made-to-order, cancellations or edits are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be moving through production.
Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged/Incorrect)

Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it? Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If still missing after 3 business days, email us and we’ll investigate.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and selected service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or if we made an error.
Peak Seasons & Holidays
During peak holiday periods or severe weather events, both fulfilment and carrier transit times may extend. We’ll always aim to keep you updated if we see unusual delays.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. If your address type isn’t supported, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
Where We Ship From
Orders are fulfilled through our trusted manufacturing and logistics partners in North America. Your parcel may ship from different facilities depending on product availability and destination.
