Baerlane™ currently operates on a made-to-order and limited-run model.

Orders are prepared and processed once placed, which means processing times are longer than mass-produced skincare brands. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, during high-demand periods this could vary slightly, in addition to shipping time.

(Holidays, or unexpected delays may extend delivery times.)

We currently ship only to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Please note that we ship only to mainland addresses within these regions — we are unfortunately unable to ship to islands or offshore territories at this time.

Additionally, please note that the use of mail forwarding services to bypass these restrictions is not supported.

Mail forwarding services are not supported as a means to receive products outside the supported regions. This ensures compliance with our shipping policies and regional regulations.

We are continuously expanding and plan to add more regions soon.

We currently fulfil orders from EU and US fulfilment centres. Customers in the UK are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged in their country.

Because of hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within one month of delivery with photos and your order number.

Because all Baerlane™ products are made-to-order, once an order is placed it immediately enters production. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or make changes (including to products, quantities, addresses, or payment details).
