Yes. All Baerlane™ products are manufactured in facilities that follow strict safety and quality standards. Ingredients are selected with care and comply with regulations in the regions where we sell.
Our products are manufactured in FDA-compliant facilities and meet all applicable US safety requirements.
Baerlane™ ships to many countries around the world. At the moment, we ship to:

Baerlane™ follows a made-to-order model. This means:
- Products are freshly produced and packaged when you place an order.
- We avoid excess inventory, ensuring sustainability and product freshness.
- This may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to traditional retail.
Orders are processed in two steps: Production & Fulfillment time and Shipping time.
- Production & Fulfillment: 5–9 business days
- Shipping times:North America: 3–5 business daysGlobal: 5–14 business daysAustralia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Because all products are made-to-order and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Because all Baerlane™ products are made-to-order, once an order is placed it immediately enters production. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or make changes (including to products, quantities, addresses, or payment details).
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact your local carrier.
- If still missing after 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
No. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT/GST, or local taxes. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, we cannot issue a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
No. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your refund (if applicable) has been processed.
