At Baerlane™, each product is made-to-order for freshness and sustainability. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, unwanted gifts, or ordering the wrong item.


That said, we stand behind our products and will always work with you if something goes wrong.

 


 

 

1. Non-Returnable Items

 


For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We also cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

 

 


 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

 


Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund (including standard shipping if applicable).

 


 

 

3. Lost Packages

 


If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:

 

  1. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.

  2. If still not located within 3 business days, email us and we’ll investigate further.

 


Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

 


 

 

4. Refunds

 

 

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we made an error.

 

 


 

 

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

 


Because items are made-to-order:

 

  • Cancellations/changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be altered.

 

 


 

 

6. Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, please place a new order once your refund is approved (if eligible).

 


 

 

7. International Orders & Customs

 

 

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees charged by local authorities.

  • Refused or undeliverable packages due to unpaid customs cannot be refunded.

 

 


 

 

8. Our Commitment

 


We want you to feel safe ordering from us. While we cannot accept standard returns due to hygiene and sustainability, we promise to fairly resolve any issues caused by damage, defects, or shipping errors.
